We are the Archer family. Born and raised in San Antonio. Sean is our chef and kitchen leader and Gina handles front of house.

Our name “pazzo” comes from the Italian word crazy or better translated affectionately enthusiastic. And we are crazy for pasta. What began as a dream and a lot of time in the kitchen, turned into a cozy neighborhood spot where everything is made from scratch. Our sauces, our desserts, sodas, everything! It is made with care and detail. We hope you stop by and try some freshly made pasta.
